Investor Mode

Using TA, I'm trying to find and "time" good
[strong fundamentals] stocks for long term investment.

My Criteria In selecting stocks for this page:
1 - Must have Good Fundamentals (Obviously)
2 - Moves Faster Than the Usual Blue Chip or has "controlled" movements.
3 - Good Liquidity - Enough to Buy 8 Figures Worth of Shares and still be able to sell with ease
4 - Ripe Technicals - Where Technicals tell you there's a possibility for at least 10% upside within 3 Months.

(Page Still Under Construction)

Though these Stocks are slow compared to the speculative hares,
you'll be sure they end up winners.

Here are 3 Important Stock Movements You Should Know:

Type A
Accumulation and Consolidation Stage, Extremely Boring Movement.
Hoard With the Fundies if you wish to get it at a discount.
(Click Here For My Post on Type A Movement)

Type B
Breakout. The most Subtle of all breakouts. Start Buying Like Crazy.

Type C
Chase. It's still safe to chase prices. The Run is just starting.

  2. GERI - Might be good if you have long term views. Technicals are still bleak.
PIP and STR : Although technicals are good for these two, they have Liquidity Issues.

  4. zee, you have a great technical blog. if you are looking for loooong term stocks, you zoooom out. try looking at AP - its a possible high and tight flag on the weekly chart if you base from year 2008. probably the strongest stock right now.

  6. Have been observing VLL. What do you think is the jockey trying to do? Any chance this will move up like a basura stock soon?
Do you consider STR as in accumulation stage still despite the extra dry volume? Are you concerned that for a 3rd line its market cap is at par with VLL ? thanks

  7. I'm Guessing VLL has some good disclosure coming up. And once disclosure is out, it will act as either a sell on news or catalyst pop.

As for STR, yes i'm concerned about market cap, but technicals go first. Like VLL, i think some kind of disclosure is in the works. STR is one good candidate for pump and dump.

  9. for STR, i'd say to watch the 30day rsi, if it goes below 50, i'm guessing a re-test of 3-3.20. my long term view is still forming a possible rounding bottom coming from oct of 2010.
